How to use it

  1. 1
Pick a wide photoA shop window, a counter, a laid-out table. The wider it is, the better it splits.
  2. 2
Choose the slide countThree is the usual choice. Two feels short, four needs a very wide photo.
  3. 3
Download and post in orderFiles are numbered -1, -2, -3. Upload them in that order and Instagram keeps the panorama.

Want the product moving?

The same photo can become a short product video — the product is placed in a scene and never redrawn. That is what Reelvitrin does.

What size is each slide?

1080 × 1350 pixels, the 4:5 portrait format. That is the shape that fills the most screen in the Instagram feed.

Why do the files download one by one?

Making a zip would need an extra library on the page. Each slide downloads separately with its order in the filename instead, which keeps the tool small and fast.

How wide should my photo be?

At least as wide as the slides together: about 2.4× the height for three slides. A normal phone photo held sideways is usually enough.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. The splitting happens in your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server.
