Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-08-06
This policy describes what Reelvitrin actually stores and who else touches it. It reflects how the system is built, not a generic template.
1. What we collect
Your email address; your password stored only as a scrypt hash, never as plain text; the product photos you upload; the videos and images produced from them; and the render records used to count your monthly allowance.
2. Why we process it
To create your account and keep you signed in, to produce the output you asked for, to count usage against your plan, and to send transactional email such as verification and password reset. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.
3. Where it is stored and who processes it
Account and render records are held in a MongoDB Atlas database. Uploaded photos and finished files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. To produce a video, the product image and a text description of the scene are sent to an external AI generation provider. Email delivery and, on paid plans, payment handling are performed by separate providers who receive only what those tasks require.
4. How long we keep it
Uploads and output remain available while your account is open so you can download them again. Deleting your account removes your account record, your uploads and your generated files. Records we must keep for accounting are retained for the period the law requires.
5. Cookies
Two first-party cookies: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers the language you chose. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by writing to oguzhancart1@gmail.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those rights apply and we answer within the period the law sets.
