Terms of service

These terms apply whenever you use Reelvitrin. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Reelvitrin renders short video ads and product photographs from an image you upload. Output is produced by automated systems, which means results vary between runs and a particular look cannot be guaranteed.
2. Your account
You need a verified email address to render anything. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
3. Your content
The photos you upload stay yours. You give Reelvitrin permission to store and process them for the sole purpose of producing your output and running the service. The finished videos and images are yours to use commercially, including in paid advertising.
4. Acceptable use
Upload only images you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's photographs, images of identifiable people without consent, or content that is illegal where you operate. Accounts used for illegal or deceptive advertising are closed without refund.
5. Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly and include a monthly allowance of video units and product photos. A longer template consumes two units because it costs twice as much to produce. Unused plan allowance does not carry over: it is reset at the start of each billing period. Credit packs bought separately are one-off purchases and do not expire — they are spent only after the plan allowance for the period runs out. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next charge and the allowance you already paid for stays usable until that period ends.
6. Availability, liability and changes
The service depends on external providers and may be interrupted or changed. Reelvitrin is not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or missed campaigns. Material changes to these terms are announced by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of İstanbul, Türkiye.
7. Payments and who you are buying from
Payments are handled by Polar, acting as merchant of record: Polar is the legal seller of the subscription to you, issues the invoice, and calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT due where you are. Reelvitrin supplies the service behind it. Because tax follows your location, buyers in the United States, Canada and India see tax added to the listed price at checkout, while buyers in the EU, the UK and most other countries see a tax-inclusive total.
8. Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancelling stops the next charge and the allowance you have already paid for stays usable until that period ends. A refund of a period already paid is not automatic: write to oguzhancart1@gmail.com and we review each request on its own facts, and any refund we agree is issued through Polar. This does not limit your statutory rights - where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal or refund, that right applies regardless of this policy.
